The photos shows that cyclist(s) lock their bikes to the railings and don't use the Bike Park. The bike Park is over the road and round the corner from the main entrance. Why isn't it outside the main entrance so that it could be 'policed' better? As you can see, the car park is FULL of cars. Most of these could probably have cycled. Entrance to Leisure World is awkward and unsafe for cyclists - so where is the incentive? Appalling!Other:
